Once you know you are pregnant or think you are pregnant, please call our office to schedule your appointments. Your first appointment will be with a nurse between your 7th and 9th week of pregnancy. This is an hour long appointment. At this time the nurse will review your and your family’s medical history, explain what to expect during your visits and answer any questions you may have about your pregnancy.
Your second appointment will be with a physician between the 10th and 11th week of pregnancy. At this time the doctor will listen for your baby’s heartbeat.
If you are pregnant and transferring from another physician’s office please have the files pertaining to your pregnancy faxed to our office.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we may update your information. In consideration of our other patients, if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time you may be asked to reschedule. While waiting in the reception area it may seem patients are being seen out of turn. Please take in to account each physician has her own schedule which varies due to the variety of services scheduled.
